정부는 전례에 따라 대통령 취임식을 국회 로텐더홀에서 진행할 예정이며 아직 정확한 시간은 공개되지 않고 있다. 다만 이 역시 전례에 비춰보면, 오전 11시 경 또는 낮 12경으로 전망된다.
이에 따라 경찰은 4일 오전 국회 일대의 교통 혼잡이 예상된다고 밝히며 차량 이용 시 우회도로를 이용해달라고 권고했다.
