[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 함안군은 신중년 세대의 일자리 창출과 지역 기업의 인력난 해소를 위해 ‘2025년 신중년 내일이음 50+’사업의 참여기업을 오는 30일까지 모집한다.
이번 사업은 함안군에 거주하는 50세 이상 64세 이하의 신중년 구직 자를 올해 신규채용한 중소·중견 제조기업을 대상으로 고용장려금을 지원하는 것으로, 근로자 1인당 월 50만 원씩 총 5개월간 250만 원의 인건비를 기업에 지원한다.
참여를 희망하는 기업은 신중년 근로자를 5개월 이상 고용 후 신청할 수 있으며 신청기업에 대한 서류심사 및 현장점검을 통해 결격사유가 없을 경우 선착순으로 선정된다.

군 관계자는 “이번 사업을 통해 경험과 역량을 갖춘 신중년 인재들이 지역 일터로 복귀할 수 있는 기반이 조성되길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
