충남 부여에서 동아시아 고대문화의 정수를 되새기는 국제 교류의 장이 열린다.
부여군은 오는 6월 11일부터 20일까지 열흘간 정암리 와요지와 백제기와문화관 일원에서 생생 국가유산 활용사업의 일환으로 ‘백제기와 교류 워크숍, 봉황산경(鳳凰山景)’을 개최한다고 4일 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 한국·일본·대만 3개국의 도예·조형 예술가 8명이 참여해 전통기와를 매개로 한 문화교류와 공동 창작활동을 펼치는 자리다. 백제기와가 지닌 역사성과 예술적 가치를 재조명하는 동시에, 고대 동아시아의 문화 네트워크를 현대적으로 재해석하려는 시도가 눈길을 끈다.
워크숍 기간 중 작가들은 각국의 기와 전통기법을 공유하고, 이를 창작작업에 녹여낸다. 조형작업 현장 공개는 '13일, 14일, 15일, 17일, 18일 등 총 5일간' 진행된다. 특히 19일에는 ‘작가 오픈 토크쇼’와 스튜디오 투어가 마련돼 예술가와 관람객 간의 직접 소통의 기회를 제공한다.
워크숍에서 제작된 기와 작품과 작가 간 교류 과정은 '2025 공예트렌트페어’에서 전시·공개될 예정이며, 이를 정리한 매거진도 발간해 국가유산의 가치를 알리는 콘텐츠로 확장할 계획이다.
관람을 원하는 시민은 6월 5일까지 혜안유산 누리집을 통해 참가 신청할 수 있다.

An international exchange event that reflects on the essence of ancient East Asian culture will be held in Buyeo, South Chungcheong Province.
