올해는 여성근로자 비율이 높고, 근무 환경 개선에 적극 나선 ㈜담터를 인증기업으로 선정했다. 시는 2023년 백호식품, 2024년 신성제과에 이어, 2025년에는 여성친화도시 지정 이후 첫 인증기업으로 ㈜담터를 선정하며 의미 있는 행보를 이어가고 있다.
이날 행사에는 백영현 포천시장을 비롯해 ㈜담터 관계자, 여성새로일하기센터, 기업지원과 및 가족여성과, 신북면 관계자 등 10여 명이 참석했으며, 인증서 수여와 현판 제막을 거쳐 간담회를 통해 기업 현장의 의견을 청취하고 정책 소통을 이어갔다.
백영현 포천시장은 “여성친화적 근로환경 조성에 앞장서주신 ㈜담터에 감사드린다”라며, “앞으로도 여성이 아이 낳고 키우며 일하기 좋은 도시, 포천을 만드는 데 적극적으로 함께 하겠다”라고 말했다.
