브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 현대백화점이 강원도 특산물을 한 곳에서 만날 수 있는 식품 행사를 선보인다.
현대백화점은 오는 19일까지 압구정본점·판교점·목동점·미아점 4개 점포에서 강원도의 우수 식음료(F&B) 브랜드를 소개하는 ‘테이스트 트립 강원(Taste Trip Gangwon)’을 진행한다고 밝혔다. 이에 앞서 현대백화점은 강원도청과 우수 특산품 발굴과 판로 확대를 위한 업무협약을 체결한 바 있다.
이번 행사에서는 강원도에서 수확한 농수산물을 활용해 개발한 디저트, 장류 등을 판매한다. 대표적으로 정선 곤드레로 만든 ‘곤드레치즈케익’, 평창 들깨와 서리태로 만든 ‘카라멜’ 등이다.
강원도 대표 먹거리와 관련된 릴레이 팝업 행사도 진행한다. 12일까지는 압구정본점과 목동점 식품관에서, 13일부터 19일까지는 미아점과 판교점 식품관에서 행사가 열린다. 대표 상품은 속초 ‘홍게라면 밀키트’(9800원), 정선 ‘찰옥수수빵’(1개, 3500원), 삼척 ‘생선구이 세트’(2만5000원) 등이다.
현대백화점은 올해 추석 선물세트 판매기간 강원도 지역 농산물울 활용한 선물세트도 새롭게 선보일 예정이다.
장우석 현대백화점 식품사업부장은 “이번 행사를 통해 강원도 우수 특산물의 가치를 고객에게 선보일 수 있게 돼 매우 뜻 깊게 생각한다”며 “앞으로도 지역 특산물을 활용한 우수 상품을 발굴하고 중소기업 및 소상공인의 판로를 지원하는 상생경영을 이어나갈 것이다”고 말했다.
