(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천연구원 산하 인천공공투자관리센터가 오는 6월 12일 오후 1시 30분부터 인천경제자유구역청 국제회의실에서 ‘2025년 1차 지방재정투자사업 교육 및 개별사업 컨설팅’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
인천공공투자관리센터에 따르면, 이번 행사는 인천시(재정담당관실)가 공동주최하고, 한국지방행정연구원(지방투자사업관리센터)과 한국지방재정공제회(지방투자분석센터) 전문가들이 함께 진행한다.
이번 컨설팅은 인천시가 추진 중인 주요 현안 사업의 진행 현황을 점검하고, 투자심사 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 수정 사항을 사전에 보완하기 위해 기획됐다.
특히, 투자심사를 앞둔 사업이나, 재검토 결정으로 인해 사업계획의 보완이 필요한 사업들을 대상으로 전문기관 연구자들이 맞춤형 컨설팅을 제공할 예정이다.
일정 예산 규모 이상의 사업은 행정안전부 중앙투자심사위원회의 심의를 통과해야 본격 추진이 가능하다.
이에 따라 이번 컨설팅에서는 행정적 준비 사항은 물론, 사업의 필요성과 타당성을 중심으로 투자심사 대응 전략이 제시된다.
행사는 직무교육과 개별 컨설팅으로 구성되며, 인천시 사업부서 관계자와 관련 전문가 등 약 50여 명이 참석할 예정이다.
1부 직무교육에서는 인천공공투자관리센터와 한국지방행정연구원 전문가가 ‘2025년 투자심사 제도 변경 및 준비 사항’, ‘재정투자사업 우수사례’ 등에 대한 강의를 진행한다.
2부에서는 2호선 증차사업, 아트센터인천 2단계 건립사업, 인천시청역 환승센터 조성사업 등 14개 주요 사업을 대상으로 1:1 맞춤형 컨설팅이 이루어질 예정이다.
박호군 인천연구원장은 “투자사업은 초기 계획 수립 단계에서 올바른 방향 설정이 무엇보다 중요하다”며, “이번 컨설팅을 통해 시의 핵심 사업들이 중앙투자심사에서 지연 없이 원활히 추진될 수 있도록 적극 협력하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Incheon Public Investment Management Center, an affiliate of Incheon Research Institute, announced that it will hold '2025 1st Local Finance Investment Project Training and Individual Project Consulting' at the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority International Conference Room at 1:30 PM on June 12.
According to Incheon Public Investment Management Center, this event is co-hosted by Incheon City (Financial Affairs Office) and conducted by experts from the Korea Local Administration Research Institute (Local Investment Project Management Center) and Korea Local Finance Corporation (Local Investment Analysis Center).
This consulting was planned to check the progress of major pending projects being promoted by Incheon City and to supplement any modifications that may occur during the investment review process in advance.
In particular, researchers from specialized institutions will provide customized consulting for projects that are about to undergo investment review or projects that require supplementation of business plans due to a re-review decision.
Projects exceeding a certain budget size must pass the deliberation of the Central Investment Review Committee of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety before they can be fully promoted.

In the second part, 1:1 customized consulting will be conducted for 14 major projects, including the Line 2 additional train project, the Incheon Arts Center Phase 2 construction project, and the Incheon City Hall Station transfer center construction project.
Incheon Research Institute Director Park Ho-gun said, “For investment projects, setting the right direction is most important at the initial planning stage,” and added, “Through this consulting, we will actively cooperate so that the city’s core projects can be smoothly promoted without delay in the central investment review.”
