(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청교육연수원이 지난 9일 오라카이 송도파크호텔에서 ‘6급 핵심 인재 양성 과정 정책과제 발표회’를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
교육연수원에 따르면, 이번 발표회는 인천교육청 소속 6급 공무원 20명이 참여한 핵심역량 강화 교육과정의 일환으로 ,6개월간의 연구 성과를 바탕으로 창의적이고 실천 가능한 정책 아이디어를 공유하는 자리로 마련됐다.
교육생들이 직접 연구한 정책과제를 발표하며 정책기획력과 문제 해결 역량을 점검했으며, 총 20개 과제 중 사전심사를 거쳐 8개 주제가 이날 발표됐다.
주요 발표 주제는 AI 기반 초등학교 출입통제시스템 도입, 학교 근로자 산업재해 예방을 위한 작업환경 개선, 학교 기본운영비 통합배부사업 운영 개선, 행정자동화(RPA)를 활용한 교육행정 효율화 방안 등으로, 교육 현장의 문제 해결에 초점을 맞췄다.
참가자들은 기술과 정책을 접목한 현실적 대안을 제시하며 주목을 받았다.
교육연수원 관계자는 “이번 발표회는 단순한 교육 성과 공유를 넘어, 현장 중심 정책을 실현 가능성 있는 아이디어로 연결한 의미 있는 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 창의적이고 실천력 있는 공무원 양성에 힘쓰겠다”고 밝혔다.

Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education Education and Training Institute announced that it held the '6th Grade Core Talent Training Course Policy Task Presentation' at Orakai Songdo Park Hotel on the 9th.
According to the Education and Training Institute, this presentation was held as part of the core competency enhancement training course in which 20 6th grade civil servants from Incheon Office of Education participated, and it was prepared as a place to share creative and feasible policy ideas based on the results of 6 months of research.
