대전과기대 뷰티디자인계열, 대전시장배 대회서 다수 부문 수상

대전과학기술대학교(총장 이효인)는 뷰티디자인계열 학생들이 대전 충무체육관에서 열린 ‘제17회 대전광역시장배 미용예술경연대회’에 참가해 총 39개의 상장과 메달을 수상했다고 10일 밝혔다.

대상과 국회의원상을 비롯한 주요 상을 포함해 전 부문에서 고른 성적을 거두며, 지역 미용교육의 경쟁력을 다시 한 번 입증했다.

이번 대회는 대한미용사회 대전광역시협의회가 주최한 지역 대표 미용예술 행사로, 충청권을 포함한 전국 각지에서 미용 전공자와 예비 전문가들이 대거 몰려들었다. 메이크업, 네일아트, 헤어 디자인 등 각 세부 분야에서 기량을 겨루는 자리였던 만큼, 참가자 간의 경쟁도 치열했다.

한편 대전과기대 뷰티디자인계열은 뷰티 산업의 빠른 변화에 발맞춰 현장 적응력 높은 실무형 인재를 양성하고 있다. 다양한 전국 단위 미용대회 참가뿐 아니라, 퍼스널 브랜딩, 포트폴리오 제작, 트렌드 분석 등 실질적인 커리큘럼을 강화하며 학생 중심의 교육 프로그램을 꾸준히 확대 중이다.
