21세기, 생성형 AI, GPT시대 경쟁력은 첨단기술이다. 개인, 기업, 국가의 경쟁력이 최첨단기술력에 의하여 창출되고 있다. 첨단기술의 원천은 원천기술에서 나온다. 한국은 세계에서 유일한 5,000년 발명역사를 가진 민족이다. 5,000년 동안 축적된 원천기술력을 가지고 있기 때문에 한국은 지속적으로 첨단기술을 창출시키고 있다. 기술은 오랜 시간, 경험, 실패를 통해 축적되어 만들어진다. 하루 아침에 첨단기술을 개발할 수 없다.
기술은 오랜 시간동안 축적되어 발달한다. 한국의 경제적, 기술적 기적은 우연이 아니다. 5,000년 역사 속에 축적되어 내려온 한국인의 DNA 창의성은 전통적 기술로 잠재되어 창출되고 있다. 5,000년 역사와 전통은 생활 속에 문화가 되어 습관적인 사고방식과 관찰력과 분석능력을 키웠다. 직감이나 감각은 선천적인 생활습관에서 자연히 잠재되어 유전된다. 한국인의 잠재적 유전인자는 사물을 보고 생각하고 판단하는 분석능력이 뛰어나다.
K첨단기술의 비결은 무엇인가? 세계는 K첨단기술에 놀라고 있다. 6.25전쟁폐허에서 탱크 한 대, 비행기 한 대도 없던 나라가 K방산기술로 첨단기술을 선도하고 있다. 비롯, 전쟁 폐허가 되었지만 5,000년 발명기술을 바탕으로 한국은 가장 빠른 시간에 최첨단기술을 개발했다. 전쟁 폐허에서 1955년 국제차량제작소에서 제작한 “시발”자동차는 당시 미군으로부터 지프 부품 300여 대를 공급받아 조립하고 드럼통을 펴서 차체를 만든 트럭 형태의 차량이었다. 1950년대 포드자동차 회장, 헨리포드2세는 전쟁으로 폐허가 된 한국을 방문하였을 때 거리에 굴러가는 자동차를 보고 놀랐다.
한국자동차는 끝없는 도전을 통해 지속적으로 개발하여 자동차 생산 강국이 되었고 탱크를 개발하여 K-2흑표전차를 만들었고 K-9자주포를 만들었으며 FA-50 비행기 수출에 이어 초음속 KF-21비행기 생산과 세계 1위 한국지하철로 평가받고 있다.
고조선 다뉴세문경의 미스터리 기술
3,500년전 다뉴세문경은 세계적인 미스터리다. 오늘날 첨단기기로 만들기 어려운 다뉴세문경의 디자인은 풀리지 않는 수수깨기다. 14.5cm속에 0.3mm간격으로 0.2mm 선으로 13,000개 선으로 디자인했다는 기술력은 미스터리다. 무엇이 이런 기술을 만들었을까? 수많은 실패의 경험으로 만들었을 것으로 추측한다. 다뉴세문경의 제련기술은 지금의 철강기술로 이어지고 있다. 이러하듯이 한국의 발명기술은 오랜 역사적 배경을 가지고 있으며 이를 마탕으로 최첨단기술로 선도국가로 부상하였다.
생성형AI, GPT시대는 방대한 정보를 바탕으로 첨단기술력으로 개인, 기업, 국가의 경쟁력을 창출하는 시대다. 이에, 한국의 전통적 발명기술은 미래기술의 뿌리가 되고 있다. 글로벌시대에 세계는 발명특허로 경쟁하고 있다. 발명특허는 지식재산권으로 법적 권리를 보호받아 이익을 창출하는 비결이다. 개인, 기업, 국가는 얼마나 많은 발명특허 지식재산권을 창출하는가에 따라 경쟁력을 창출한다. 5,000년 발명기술은 발명특허를 창출하는 비결이다.
6.25 폐허에서 한국의 기적은 5,000년 발명기술로 만들어졌다. 5,000년 발명기술이 만든 한국의 첨단기술력은 지속적인 발전을 하고 있다. 한국인의 창조적 DNA와 손기술에 의하여 새로운 첨단기술이 지속적으로 개발되고 있다. K방산 산업, K조선산업의 기술력은 발명특허로 보호되어 경쟁력을 이끌어 가고 있다.
신기전을 개발하기 위해 수많은 희생과 실패의 경험을 가지고 있다. 이러한 기술을 장인정신이라고 부른다. 고조선, 고구려, 신라, 백제, 고려, 조선 시대를 이어오면서 축적된 발명기술은 한국인의 자긍심이며 긍지다. 이를 통해 창조적 DNA를 활용하여 빅데이터를 기반으로 새로운 첨단기술을 지속적으로 개발해야한다. 글로벌시대 기술은 지속적인 개발만이 경쟁력을 유지할 수 있다. 한국의 5,000년 발명기술력이 이러한 기술을 지속적으로 이끌어가는 힘이 되고 있다.
특허출원 4위 한국은 지식재산권 국가
한국은 세계 특허출원 4위 국가로 경쟁력을 유지하고 있다. 발명기술로 창출되는 발명품을 발명특허로 관리함으로 세계적인 발명입국이 되었다. 이제 발명기술을 생활화시켜야 한다. 한국인 모두가 발명인으로 각기 다른 창조성과 손기술을 발명특허로 경쟁력을 창출시켜야 한다. 이를 위한 발명교육도 확산되어야 한다. 발명은 눈에 보이는 발명품과 눈에 보이지 않는 지식재산권으로 구분되어 있다. 한국인의 창조성으로 K 첨단기술, K-pop, K문화를 지속적으로 창출시키는 발명교육을 생활화 시키는 교육정책이 필요하다.

K-Invention History...Why should we be a powerhouse of advanced technology invention patents?

In the 21st century, the era of generative AI and GPT, competitiveness is advanced technology. The competitiveness of individuals, companies, and countries is created by advanced technology. The source of advanced technology comes from original technology. Korea is the only nation in the world with a 5,000-year history of invention. Because it has original technology accumulated over 5,000 years, Korea continues to create advanced technology. Technology is created through accumulation over a long period of time, experience, and failure. Advanced technology cannot be developed overnight.
Technology is accumulated and developed over a long period of time. Korea's economic and technological miracle is not a coincidence. The creativity of the DNA of Koreans, accumulated over 5,000 years of history, is being created as potential traditional technology. 5,000 years of history and tradition have become a culture in our lives, fostering habitual ways of thinking, observation, and analytical skills. Intuition and senses are naturally latent and inherited from innate lifestyle habits. Koreans have excellent analytical skills that allow them to see, think, and judge things.
What is the secret behind K-advanced technology? The world is amazed by K-advanced technology. A country that did not have a single tank or airplane in the ruins of the Korean War is leading advanced technology with K-defense technology. In addition, Korea developed cutting-edge technology in the shortest time based on 5,000 years of invention technology despite being in ruins from war. The “Sibal” car, manufactured by the International Automobile Manufacturing Company in 1955 in the ruins of war, was a truck-shaped vehicle that was assembled by receiving about 300 Jeep parts from the US military at the time and making a body by unfolding drums. In the 1950s, Henry Ford II, the chairman of Ford Motor Company, was surprised to see cars rolling on the streets when he visited Korea, which was in ruins from war.
Through endless challenges, Korean automobiles have continuously developed and become a powerhouse in automobile production. The miracle of Korea was created from the ruins of the Korean War with 5,000 years of invention technology. Korea's advanced technology created by 5,000 years of invention technology is continuously developing. New advanced technologies are continuously being developed through the creative DNA and manual skills of Koreans. The technological prowess of K defense industry and K shipbuilding industry is protected by invention patents and is leading competitiveness.
They have experienced countless sacrifices and failures to develop new technologies. This technology is called craftsmanship. The accumulated invention technology from Gojoseon, Goguryeo, Silla, Baekje, Goryeo, and Joseon eras is the pride and joy of Koreans. Through this, we must continuously develop new cutting-edge technologies based on big data by utilizing creative DNA. In the global era, only continuous development can maintain competitiveness in technology. Korea’s 5,000 years of invention technology are the driving force behind this technology.
Korea, ranked 4th in patent applications, is an intellectual property country
Korea is maintaining its competitiveness as the 4th country in the world in patent applications. It has become a world-class invention country by managing inventions created through invention technology as invention patents. Now, invention technology must become a part of everyday life. All Koreans must be inventors and create competitiveness through their creativity and manual skills as invention patents. Invention education for this purpose must also be expanded. Inventions are divided into visible inventions and invisible intellectual property rights. An educational policy is needed that makes invention education a part of everyday life, continuously creating K-cutting technology, K-pop, and K-culture through the creativity of Koreans.
We need an intellectual property rights policy that spreads invention technology into everyday life through the 5,000-year history of Korean inventions as a life education. Korea, which was a backward country in nuclear power generation, developed nuclear power technology with aid from the United States and exported it to the world by developing a Korean-style micro-sized reactor (SMR). This is an example of Koreans’ creative invention and cutting-edge technology. To this end, we need to create a country with invention patents that lead the future through continuous invention education and activities.
