[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시사회복지협의회는 문산실내체육관에서 ‘2025 진주시사회복지종사자 체육대회’를 성황리에 개최했다고 11일 밝혔다.
이번 체육대회는 진주시 사회복지 분야에 종사하는 민·관 관계자들의 화합과 사기 진작을 위해 마련됐다.
행사는 진주시 관계자, 사회복지시설 종사자, 관련 공무원 등 약 700여명이 참석해 성대한 규모로 진행됐다.
이날 1부 행사는 족구, 배구, 왕피구, 단체줄넘기, 계주 등 팀별 체육경기를 통해 협동심을 다졌다.
이어 2부 만찬과 개회식, 3부 레크리에이션 순으로 이어지며 참가자 간의 교류와 소통의 시간을 마련했다.
김기호 회장은 “지역 복지를 위해 헌신하는 모든 사회복지 종사자들의 노고에 깊이 감사드린다”며“앞으로도 민·관이 함께 협력하여 누구나 접근 가능한 보편적 돌봄체계를 만들어가야 한다”고 말했다.
조규일 진주시장은 “어려운 여건 속에서도 헌신하는 사회복지 종사자 여러분께 진심으로 감사드린다”며 “진주시 처우개선위원회를 통해 종사자들의 근무 여건이 실질적으로 개선될 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 약속했다.
