aT, 7대 혁신 이행 박차...조직.경영분과 자문위원회 개최

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 한국농수산식품유통공사(이하 aT)가 12일 서울 양재동 aT센터에서 조직.경영 분과 혁신자문위원회를 개최했다.

aT에 따르면, 혁신자문위원회는 지난 3월 위촉식을 시작으로 4월 정책.예산 분과 회의와 5월 생산.수출 분과 회의를 거쳐 7대 혁신방향 개선과 농수산식품의 안정적 생산·수출 기반 마련 등을 위한 심도 있는 논의를 이어왔다.

세 번째 분과 회의인 이번 자문위원회에서는 7대 혁신방향 이행을 가속화 하기 위해 현행 조직 진단과 현장 중심의 체계 구축 등 효율적인 조직 운영 방향 등을 집중 점검했다. 

또한, 조직과 인적자원을 보다 체계적으로 활용하고 혁신 역량을 높이기 위한 AI·데이터 기반 디지털 경영 강화 방안에 대해서도 다양한 전문가 의견을 청취했다.

aT는 세 차례 자문위원회를 거쳐 수렴한 다양한 의견을 각 사업과 경영 전반에 반영할 예정이며, 하반기에는 사업성과를 공유하고 추가 발전방안을 논의하는 자문회의도 지속 추진할 계획이다.

홍문표 aT 사장은 “농어촌과 농어민이 잘 사는 지속가능한 농어업 실현을 위해서는 이를 뒷받침할 혁신적 조직과 효율적인 경영체계 구축이 필요하다”며, “앞으로도 각 분야의 전문가인 자문위원들의 고견을 바탕으로 7대 혁신방향을 차질없이 추진해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (hereinafter aT) held the Organization and Management Division Innovation Advisory Committee at the aT Center in Yangjae-dong, Seoul on the 12th.

According to aT, the Innovation Advisory Committee began with the appointment ceremony in March, and through the Policy and Budget Division meeting in April and the Production and Export Division meeting in May, has continued in-depth discussions on improving the 7 major innovation directions and establishing a stable production and export base for agricultural, fisheries, and food products.
