(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 16일, 2027년 3월 개교를 목표로 (가칭)해양2중 등 5개 학교의 신축공사에 착수했다고밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 착공 학교는 해양2중, 해양3고, 첨단1고, 검단3고, 청라4고로, 규모는 해양2중 37학급, 해양3고·첨단1고·청라4고 각 31학급, 검단3고 37학급이며, 각 학교에는 일반학급과 특수학급이 함께 설치된다.
총 사업비는 약 1,700억 원으로, 공사 기간은 약 1년 6개월이다.
인천시교육청은 2028년 이후 개교 예정교부터 도입 예정인 ‘인천형 미래학교 특화공간’을 이번 개교 예정교에 선제적으로 반영했다.
주요 특화공간으로는 도서관, 다목적실, 홈베이스 등을 유기적으로 연결한 ‘중앙허브공간’, 교실과 공용공간을 자연스럽게 이어주는 ‘러닝허브공간’, 소규모 토론과 세미나가 가능한 ‘포켓허브공간’, 수업 방식에 따라 유연하게 활용 가능한 IoT 기반 ‘하이브리드 교실’ 등이 포함된다.
