당진시, 당진경제포럼 세미나에서 AI 기반 제조업 혁신 모색

당진시가 17일 오전 당진상공회의소 5층 대회의실에서 '제85차 당진경제포럼 조찬세미나'를 개최했다. 이번 세미나는 '인공지능(AI)으로 제조업을 혁신하는 방법'이라는 주제로, 빠르게 변화하는 산업 환경 속에서 인공지능(AI)의 적용 가능성과 기업 경쟁력 강화 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련되었다.

이날 세미나에는 이경상 카이스트(KAIST) 문술미래전략대학원 겸직교수가 초빙 강사로 나서, 제조 현장에서의 인공지능(AI) 도입 방안과 함께 중소·중견기업이 준비해야 할 전략적 방향에 대해 심도 있는 강연을 펼쳤다.

오성환 당진시장을 비롯해 당진지역 주요 기업체 임직원과 유관단체 관계자 등 80여 명이 참석한 이번 행사는 참가자 간 자유로운 의견 교환을 통해 지역 경제협력 강화의 장이 되었다.

당진시 관계자는 "제조업 기반의 지역 산업 구조에 인공지능 혁신 기술을 접목할 수 있는 인사이트를 제공하는 뜻깊은 자리가 될 것"이라며, "앞으로도 기업 현장의 목소리에 귀 기울이며 지속적인 산업 지원과 협력의 기회를 확대해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다. 이번 세미나는 지역 기업들이 인공지능 기술을 활용하여 미래 산업 환경에 대비하고 경쟁력을 확보하는 데 중요한 발판이 될 것으로 기대다.

Dangjin City (Mayor Oh Seong-hwan) held the '85th Dangjin Economic Forum Breakfast Seminar' on the 5th floor conference room of the Dangjin Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the morning of the 17th.
