충남 태안군이 지역 화폐인 태안사랑상품권의 건전한 유통 질서 확립과 신뢰성 확보를 위해 6월 한 달간 부정유통 단속에 나섰다.
군은 경제진흥과장을 반장으로 하는 합동단속반을 편성하여, 2025년 상반기 태안사랑상품권 부정유통 단속을 관내 가맹점 등지에서 실시하고 있다고 17일 밝혔다.
이번 단속은 태안사랑상품권 정책의 지속가능성을 높이고 군민들이 안심하고 상품권을 이용할 수 있는 환경을 조성하기 위해 추진되었다. 군은 한국조폐공사의 '이상거래 탐지시스템'을 활용하여 부정유통 의심 거래를 추출한 뒤 해당 가맹점을 집중적으로 점검하고 있다.
또한, '부정유통 신고센터'로 접수된 신고에 대해서도 사실관계를 확인한 후 단속에 나서고 있으며, 부정유통을 예방하기 위한 현장 계도 및 캠페인도 병행 실시하고 있다.
