브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 자동차 거래 플랫폼 엔카닷컴은 중고차 수출 시장의 성장세에 따라 인기 모델들의 평균 판매일이 단축되고 있다고 18일 밝혔다.
최근 신차 시장은 미국 등 관세 정책 등 불확실성이 높아지고 있는 반면, 중고차 시장은 수출시장이 꾸준히 성장하며 새로운 성장 동력으로 주목받고 있다.
특히 러시아·우크라이나 전쟁 이후 한국 중고차에 대한 해외 수요가 증가하며 중고차 수출 규모는 지속 성장 중이다.
무역협회 무역 통계에 따르면 2021년 약 46만 대 수준이던 중고차 수출량은 2024년 기준 약 63만 대로 약 37% 이상 증가했다.
올해 1월부터 4월까지는 29만 6637대가 수출되며 전례 없는 성장세를 보였다. 5월 상승세가 다소 완화되더라도 올해 중고차 수출시장은 전년비 성장을 이룰 것으로 전망된다.
이러한 흐름 속에서 엔카닷컴에서도 수출 수요가 반영된 일부 모델들의 평균 판매일이 단축된 것으로 나타났다.
실제 팰리세이드, X5 등 일부 모델 매물에서는 ‘Tax 100%’, ‘No Paint’, ‘2Keys’ 등 수출을 염두에 둔 영문 홍보 문구들도 등장했다.
엔카닷컴이 올해 1~5월 자사 플랫폼을 통해 거래된 22년식 대표 인기 모델의 평균 판매일을 분석한 결과, 현대 더 뉴 팰리세이드, 기아 모하비 더 마스터 등 국산 대형 SUV와 BMW 5시리즈(G30), X5(G05) 등 BMW 대표 모델들의 평균 판매일이 짧아졌다.
특히 4월 평균 판매일이 가장 단축됐고, 5월에는 소폭 증가했지만 여전히 올해 초 대비 빠르게 거래되고 있다.
기아 모하비 더 마스터가 1월 평균 38.41일에서 4월 20.30일, 5월 23.87일로 변화했고, 현대 더 뉴 팰리세이드는 같은 기간 55.40일에서 4월 36.03일, 5월 28.22일로 단축됐다.
일부 인기 수입차 역시 비슷한 추세를 보였다. BMW 5시리즈(G30)는 1월 57.68일에서 4월 23.30일, 5월 24.88일로 줄었으며, X5(G05)는 각각 동기간 내 42.49일에서 19.87일, 32.31일로, X6(G06)는 55.04일에서 22.58일, 32.85일로 줄었다.
X7(G07)는 57.27일에서 18.98일, 36.79일로 평균 판매일이 변화했으며 벤츠 E-클래스(W213) 역시 1월 52.74일에서 4월 40.33일, 5월 46.03일로 년초 대비 단축됐다.
일부 모델에서는 시세까지 상승됐다.
22년식 BMW X5 (G05) xDrive 30d xLine의 6월 시세는 전월 대비 7.11% 상승한 8,099만으로 약 540만원 가까이 올랐다.
또 다른 인기 모델인 BMW 5시리즈 (G30) 520i M 스포츠는 4.40% 상승한 4,496만원, 현대 더 뉴 팰리세이드 2.2 2WD 캘리그래피는 4.61% 상승한 4,168만원으로 약 190만원 내외의 시세 상승을 보였다.
