글로벌 자산관리와 가업승계 전문 교육기관인 글로벌헤리티지조직위원회(Global Heritage Committee)가 '패밀리오피스를 통한 글로벌 자산관리 특강'을 성황리에 개최했다고 16일 발표했다.
서울 삼성동 오트리스빌딩 커뮤니티홀에서 지난 주 열린 이번 특강은 글로벌헤리티지 조직위원회 주최, 서울벤처대학원대학교와 오트리스그룹 공동 주관으로 진행됐다.
이날 행사에서는 국내 자산관리, 세무·회계, 헬스케어산업, 패밀리오피스 분야의 전문가들이 강연자로 나서 글로벌 시대에 부합하는 지속가능한 자산관리 전략과 가업승계 솔루션을 제시했다.

이혜정 주임교수(서울벤처대학원대학교, 자산관리 밸류업 마스터)는 '가업승계를 위한 부동산 자산관리 극대화 전략'을 주제로 한국형 패밀리오피스의 필요성과 프롭테크 기반 전략을 소개하며 실질적인 실행 프레임워크를 제시했다.
홈헬스케어 기업 세라젬의 이경수 대표는 '글로벌 헬스케어 산업의 미래를 계산된 모험으로 선점하라'는 강연을 통해 기술 기반 헬스케어 시장의 확장성과 투자 가능성을 심층적으로 분석했다.
유준호 수석FO(삼성헤리티지 패밀리오피스)는 '패밀리오피스에 특화된 맞춤형 재무설계 전략'을 발표하며, 자산관리와 승계 설계에 특화된 고도화된 전략을 소개했다.
이승현 대표(글로벌세무그룹대양, 미국세무사/한국회계사)는 '한국 및 해외 상속·증여 전략과 투자 솔루션'을 통해 다변화된 국제 세무환경에서의 유연한 대응 방안을 제시했다.

글로벌헤리티지 AMP 과정은 오는 6월 19일 서울 삼성동 오트리스빌딩 커뮤니티홀에서 수료식 및 시상식, 그리고 글로벌헤리티지 커뮤니티 발족 선언식을 개최할 예정이다.
글로벌헤리티지포럼(가칭)으로 운영될 예정인 커뮤니티는 세 가지 핵심 테이블로 구성된다.
