브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 서울 강남구 개포동 ‘개포우성7차 아파트’ 재건축 정비사업 입찰을 위한 입찰보증금 현금분 150억 원을 입찰 마감 하루전인 18일 납부 완료했다고 밝혔다.
대우건설은 개포우성7차에 시공사로 선정될 수 있도록 전사적인 역량을 집중한다는 전략이다.
대우건설은 향후 예정된 설계·사업 조건 제안서 제출과 조합원 설명회 등을 통해 자사의 기술력과 최고의 사업조건을 기반으로 조합원들에게 차별화된 주거 가치를 제안할 계획이다.
대우건설 관계자는 “개포우성7차 재건축사업에 대한 당사의 진심을 보여주기 위해 경쟁사 중 가장 먼저 사업참여를 위한 출사표를 던졌다”며 “입찰마감일인 내일 전례가 없는 강남 재건축사업의 최고의 사업조건 선보일 것이다”고 전했다.
