광복회(회장 이종찬)는 오는 20일(금) 오후 2시 국회박물관에서 더불어민주당 김병기 의원(원내대표)과 공동 주최로 광복 80주년 특별기획 ‘일제강점기 한국인 국적 국회 학술토론회’를 개최한다.
이번 학술토론회는 반병률 한국외국어대학교 사학과 명예교수가 좌장을 맡고, 이철우 연세대학교 법학전문대학원 교수가 ‘일제하 한인의 국적문제, 어떻게 접근할 것인가?’ 주제로 기조발제에 나선다.
제1주제 ‘일제강점기 일본국적의 실체’는 김창록 경북대학교 법학전문대학원 교수가 발표자로, 이동원 전 선문대학교 교수가 토론자로 나선다.
이어 제2주제 ‘일제하 한국인의 국적은 일본이었는가’는 호사카유지 세종대학교 대양휴머니티칼리지 대우교수가 발표자로, 김태현 서울시립대학교 서울학연구소 연구교수가 토론자로 나선다.
제3주제 ‘한국 독립운동과 국적문제-재만한인의 법적지위를 중심으로’는 김주용 원광대학교 역사문화학과 교수가 발표자로, 조 건 동국대학교 역사교육과 교수가 토론자로 나선다.
