브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 현대자동차는 하반기 기술인재 채용을 실시한다고 20일 밝혔다.
현대차는 전동화를 비롯한 미래 산업 트렌드에 적극적으로 대응하기 위해 다양한 역량과 전문성을 갖춘 모빌리티 기술인력을 선발할 계획이다. 서류 접수는 오는 24일부터 30일까지 총 7일간 진행된다.
이번 채용에서 현대차는 △자동차 생산 △R&D 기술인력 △배터리 기술인력 등 3개 부문의 인재를 모집할 예정이다.
지원 자격은 고등학교 졸업 이상으로 연령·성별 제한은 없다. 모집 부문별 세부요건은 서류 접수 기간 동안 현대차 채용 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다. 단, 남성 지원자는 병역필 또는 면제여야 한다.
현대차는 7월 중 서류 합격자를 발표하고, 7월 말 인·적성 검사, 8월 1차 면접, 9월 중 최종 면접과 신체검사를 거쳐 10~11월 중 최종 합격자를 발표할 계획이다.
자동차 생산 부문 합격자는 11월과 12월 두 차례로 나눠 국내생산공장에 배치된다. R&D 기술인력, 배터리 기술인력 부문 합격자는 11월 중 각각 남양, 의왕 연구소에 배치된다.
현대차 관계자는 “이번 모빌리티 기술인력 채용에 많은 관심을 부탁드린다”며 “공정하고 투명한 절차 아래 채용을 진행할 계획이다”고 말했다.
