시상식은 부산 영광도서 8층 강당에서 성황리에 개최되었으며, 박 원장의 수상은 전통문화 계승과 글로벌 문화 확산에 있어 상징적 의미를 갖는다.
박나리 원장은 조선왕조 궁중복식의 고증과 재현을 넘어, 예술성과 현대적 감각이 어우러진 디자인으로 한국 전통의상의 새로운 미감을 제시해왔다.
그는 그동안 500여 회 이상의 국내외 한복 퍼포먼스와 전시, 미디어 행사에 참여하며 궁중한복의 우아함과 상징성을 재해석하는 데 주력해 왔다.
