계양구,매주 목요일 ‘무료 건축민원 상담실’ 운영

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 25일, 매주 목요일 오후 2시부터 5시까지 건축사 ‘무료 건축 민원 상담실’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

계양구에 따르면, ‘무료 건축 민원 상담실’은 구민에게 양질의 건축 행정 서비스를 제공하고, 건축 전문가에게는 주민과 소통하며 지역에 봉사할 수 있는 사회참여 기회를 제공하기 위해 운영되고 있다.

상담 내용은 건축 인허가 전반에 관한 사항, 건축공사 피해와 생활 불편 대처 방안, 건축물 유지관리, 위법건축물 해소 방법 등 건축과 관련된 사항으로, 무료로 지원된다.

특히, 위법건축물 추인 지원 도움 서비스의 경우, 위법건축물 해소를 위해 건축 전문가와 건축 허가 담당자가 협력해 건축물대장과 설계도서 자료 검색, 법적 가능 여부 안내 등 해결 방안을 제시해 이용자의 만족도가 높다.

계양구 관계자는 “지난해에는 15명의 관내 건축사가 51여 차례 상담을 진행했다.”며 “앞으로도 구민 부담을 줄이고 신속하고 정확한 건축 행정 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.
