충남 홍성군이 국가유공자에 대한 실질적인 예우와 복지 향상을 위해 오는 7월부터 쓰레기 종량제봉투를 무상으로 지원하는 제도를 본격 도입한다.
이번 제도는 참전 및 보훈 명예수당 수급자를 대상으로, 가계의 고정지출 중 하나인 생활 쓰레기 처리 비용을 줄이고자 마련됐다. 이는 관련 조례 개정에 따라 생활폐기물 수수료 감면이 가능해지면서 추진된 것으로, 대상자는 매월 주소지 읍·면 행정복지센터에서 60L 상당의 종량제봉투(예: 20L 3매)를 무료로 받을 수 있다.
