(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 30일부터 관내 초·중·고·특수학교를 대상으로 ‘2025 학교 민원 대응 지원’ 맞춤형 컨설팅을 본격 추진한다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 컨설팅은 악성·특이 민원의 증가에 효과적으로 대응하고, 학교 현장의 대응 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐으며, 학교별 민원 유형과 여건을 고려해 방문형 또는 유선 방식으로 맞춤형 지원이 제공된다.
컨설팅은 민원 대응팀 체계 정비, 법률 자문, 심리 상담 등 학교의 현실적 어려움에 기반한 통합 지원으로 이뤄지며, 사안에 따라 변호사, 장학사, 상담사 등 1~3인의 전문 인력이 투입된다.
주요 내용은 민원 대응팀 구성 및 역할 정비, 학교 민원 처리 절차 자문, 교권 침해 대응 기준 안내, 악성 민원 대응을 위한 증거 확보 및 민형사 절차 안내, 전문 심리 상담 연계 등이다.
또한, 상담이 종료된 학교에는 추가적인 연계 지원도 제공된다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “체계적이고 전문적인 민원 대응은 교원을 보호하고 교육공동체의 신뢰를 회복하는 핵심”이라며 “예방 중심의 대응 문화를 확산해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청은 이번 컨설팅을 시작으로 민원 대응 자료 보완, 교육공동체 연수 확대, 교원 심리 지원 연계 등 교육활동 보호 정책을 강화할 계획이다.
