충남 계룡시가 어린이집 운영의 전문성과 투명성 강화를 위해 재무·회계 역량 제고에 본격적으로 나섰다.
시는 지난달 30일 보훈회관에서 지역 내 어린이집 원장 및 보육교직원 40여 명을 대상으로 실무 중심의 재무회계 교육을 실시했다고 1일 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 한국보육진흥원 소속 전문 강사를 초청해 ‘어린이집의 합리적인 재무회계 관리’를 주제로 진행됐다. 복잡한 회계 절차에 대한 이해도를 높이고, 실제 운영에 적용 가능한 사례 중심의 강의로 구성돼 보육기관 종사자들의 호응을 얻었다.
조수경 계룡시 어린이집연합회장은 “이번 교육을 통해 어린이집 운영에 필요한 회계 실무 지식을 습득할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”며, “합리적이고 효율적인 어린이집 운영을 통해 학부모 신뢰 제고 및 보육 서비스의 질 향상에 최선을 다하겠다”고 소감을 전했다.
시는 이번 교육을 시작으로 어린이집 운영에 있어 회계의 투명성과 책임성을 강화하기 위한 행정적 지원을 지속적으로 확대할 방침이다.
