브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 윤석열 전 대통령이 오는 9일 법원의 구속 심문에 직접 출석할 것으로 전해졌다.
7일 법조계에 따르면 서울중앙지법 남세진 영장전담 부장판사는 오는 9일 오후 2시15분 법원 서관 321호 법정에서 윤석열 전 대통령의 구속 전 피의자심문을 진행한다.
내란 특검팀(특별검사 조은석)은 지난 6일 윤 전 대통령에 대해 직권남용 권리행사방해, 허위공문서 작성, 특수공무집행방해 등 혐의로 구속영장을 청구했다.
특검은 66쪽 분량의 구속영장청구서에 ▲죄를 범했다고 인정할 만한 상당한 이유 ▲범행이 매우 중대 ▲도망할 염려 및 증거인멸의 우려 등 구속사유가 명백해 구속영장을 발부해달라고 법원에 요청했다.
반면 윤 전 대통령 측은 전날 입장문을 통해 "법리적으로도 범죄가 성립될 수 없다"며 "특검의 조사에서 객관적 증거가 제시된 바도 없고, 관련자들의 진술에 의하더라도 범죄가 성립되지 않는다"고 반박했다.
앞서 법원은 지난 3월 내란 우두머리(수괴) 혐의로 구속 기소된 윤 전 대통령의 구속 취소 청구를 인용한 있다. 이후 윤 전 대통령은 구속에서 풀려난 상태로 재판을 받고 있으나 9일 법원에서 구속영장 청구가 받아들여지면 넉달만에 재구속된다.
