[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 오는 18일까지 ‘신혼부부 주택 전세자금 대출이자 지원사업’ 신청을 받는다고 7일 밝혔다.
이번 지원 대상은 지난 2018년 1월 1일 이후 혼인신고한 지 7년 이내의 신혼부부로, 부부와 세대원 모두 무주택자이면서 기준 중위소득 180% 이하 조건을 충족해야 한다.
또 부부 모두 진주시 관내 전세주택에서 같은 주소로 거주하고, 지난 2024년 7월 1일부터 지난달 30일 사이 발생한 금융기관 전세자금 대출이자가 있어야 신청 가능하다.
지원 금액은 전세자금 대출잔액의 1.5% 이내로, 가구당 최대 100만원까지 1회 지원되며 자녀가 있을 경우 자녀 1명당 20%를 추가 가산해 최대 150만원까지 받을 수 있다.
하지만 생계·의료·주거급여 수급자, 공공임대주택 거주자, 직계존속과 전세계약을 체결한 경우 등은 지원 대상에서 제외돼 주의가 필요하다.
진주시 관계자는“심사를 거쳐 8월 중 지원 대상자를 확정하고 대출이자는 일괄 지급할 예정이다”며“자세한 사항은 관할 행정복지센터에서 안내받을 수 있다”고 말했다.
