브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 이달 중 경기도 남양주시 진접읍 왕숙 택지개발지구 B1블록과 B2블록에서 "왕숙 푸르지오 더 퍼스트"를 분양할 예정이라고 밝혔다.
단지는 총 2개 블록으로, B1블록은 지하 2층부터 지상 29층까지 5개 동으로 구성되며 전용면적은 74㎡부터 84㎡까지이고 총 560세대다. B2블록도 지하 2층부터 지상 29층까지 5개 동으로 구성되며 전용면적은 동일하고 총 587세대가 들어선다.
두 블록을 합치면 모두 1,147세대 규모다. 이 가운데 일반분양으로 공급되는 물량은 B1블록 74㎡ 67세대, 84㎡ 57세대, B2블록 74㎡ 25세대, 84㎡ 152세대로 총 301세대다. 다만 본청약 결과에 따라 일반분양 물량은 달라질 수 있다.
