실전형 소방 교육을 할 수 있는 '5종 표준 실화재 훈련장'이 건립됐다.
전북특별자치도 소방본부는 전국 최초로 장수군에 '5종 표준 실화재 훈련시설'을 모두 갖춘 실전형 훈련장을 준공했다고 9일 밝혔다.
이 훈련장은 ▲ 플래시오버 ▲ 백드래프트 ▲ 어택 ▲ T셀 ▲ 멀티스토리셀 등 실화재 대응 훈련의 국내 표준모델로 꼽히는 5종 훈련시설을 한 곳에 갖춘 첫 사례다.
특히 전국 실화재 훈련장 가운데 가장 넓은 규모와 구성 등에서 상징성과 실효성을 완비한 핵심 인프라로 평가받고 있다.
훈련장은 장수군 계남면 소방교육대 부지 내 약 8,000㎡(2,400여 평) 부지에 총 39억 7,000만 원(국ㆍ도비ㆍ소방교육세 포함)이 투입, 지난해 1월 착공했다.
5종 표준 훈련시설 외에도 ▲ 농연훈련장 ▲ 가스탱크 훈련장 ▲ 제독 설비 등 훈련 지원시설 7종 시설이 갖춰졌다.
