[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 10일 장기요양 재택의료센터 추가 공모에 선정된 열린한의원(장유2동), 현담한의원(북부동)과 업무협약식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 김해시가 추진 중인 의료·요양·돌봄 통합지원 시범사업의 보건의료서비스 전달체계 구축을 위한 핵심 인프라 확충의 일환으로, 지역사회 통합돌봄 모형 완성을 위해 긴밀한 협력체계를 구축하고자 마련됐다.
협약식에는 홍태용 시장, 박종주 복지국장, 고은정 서부보건소장, 김현석 열린한의원장(김해시한의사회 회장), 김종혜 현담한의원장이 참석해 통합돌봄 체계 구축을 위한 협력 의지를 다졌다.
장기요양 재택의료센터 사업은 의사, 간호사, 사회복지사 등 다학제 전문가팀이 수급자 가정을 방문해 지역사회 자원 연계, 의료-요양 통합서비스를 제공하며 건강보험, 장기요양보험 수가를 건강보험공단에 청구하는 방식으로 운영된다.
이번에 협약을 체결한 두 기관은 장기요양 1~2등급 대상자를 중심으로 서비스를 제공하며 일부 본인 부담금이 발생할 수 있다. 관할 권역을 나눠 지역 밀착형 재택의료 서비스를 제공할 계획이다.
김 열린한의원장은 “김해시 통합돌봄이 현장에서 성공적으로 안착할 수 있도록 의료계도 적극 협력하겠다”며 “재택의료센터가 어르신 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
