브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 용산 유엔군사령부(UN사) 부지에 들어서는 복합단지 '더파크사이드 서울'의 첫 주거단지 '더파크사이드 스위트'가 15일 청약 접수를 시작한다.
한국 한국부동산원 청약홈에 따르면 15일 오전 9시부터 오후 5시까지 청약 접수가 진행된다. 청약통장이 없어도 누구나 지원 가능하며 1인당 1건만 신청할 수 있다.
청약신청금은 ▲1~4군 300만원 ▲5군(185㎡, 183㎡) 3000만원으로 구분된다. 청약 결과는 오는 18일 오후 4시 이후 발표된다. 계약은 20~21일 서울 강남구 역삼동 '더파크사이드 서울 갤러리'에서 이뤄진다.
'더파크사이드 스위트'는 전용 53~185㎡, 오피스텔 총 775실 규모로, 한국판 센트럴파크로 조성 중인 약 300만㎡ 규모의 용산공원을 정면으로 바라보는 유일한 주거단지다.
