브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= 청년 실업 문제가 새 정부의 주요 정책 과제가 되고 있는 가운데, 국내 주요 대기업의 청년 고용이 해마다 크게 감소하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
실제, 주요 대기업 67곳 중 절반 이상이 최근 2년 새 20대 청년 고용을 약 5만명 줄이면서 사회 진출을 준비 중인 20대 청년들의 대기업 취업문이 점점 더 좁아지는 모양새다.

16일 CEO스코어에 따르면 매출액 기준 국내 100대 기업 중 2025년 지속가능경영보고서를 공시한 67곳을 대상으로 2022~2024년 연령대별 임직원 수 및 비중을 조사한 결과, 사회 초년생인 20대 임직원 수는 2022년 29만1235명, 2023년 26만4091명, 2024년 24만3737명으로 매년 감소해 지난 2년 새 4만7498명 줄어든 것으로 집계됐다.
반면, 같은 기간 30대 이상은 3만5232명 늘어, 전체 임직원수는 1만2266명 감소에 그쳤다.
