한국전문언론인협회(회장/김동성)는 7월 15일자 보도자료를 통해 최원형 N.S.K. CEO에게 ‘혁신리더대상’을 시상했다고 밝혔다.
이 협회는 시상 이유에 대해 “식품원료수출입에 종사하면서 업계발전에 공헌하였으며 (사)시민환경포럼 이사장/고위공직자비리신고연합 이사/일본키네시오테이핑협회 한국본부장/한중 이혈학회 이사장 등 다양한 활동을 통해 국가경쟁력 강화에 기여했다”고 밝혔다.
다양한 직함으로 활동해온 최 대표는 특히 한중 이혈 학회 설립에 주도적인 역할을 했는데 “한중 이혈학회를 설립하면서 많은 어려움이 있었지만 이제 자리를 잡아 한의대 및 대체의학으로 발전하게 된 것을 감사드린다”면서 “이혈 치료요법 테이핑 치료요법을 많은 사람에게 전수하고 또한 방법을 전수받은 많은 사람들이 불우이웃과 소외된 노년층 및 독거노인들에게 대가도 바라지 않고 봉사하며 헌신하고 계신 분들을 볼 때 커다란 보람을 느낀다.”고 덧붙였다.
독실한 신앙 안에서 살게 하심에 감사하고 지금까지 인도해주시고 은혜 주심에 감사하며 산다는 최 대표는 『내게 능력 주시는 자 안에서 내가 모든 일을 할 수 있느니라』는 성경구절을 좌우명으로 삼고 있다.
