(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 남동구의회가 지난 15일 본회의장에서 제1차 본회의를 시작으로 10일간 제305회 임시회를 운영한다고 밝혔다.
남동구의회에 따르면, 1차 본회의는 개회식, 신임 간부공무원 소개, 5분 자유발언, 기본안건 심의·의결, 결의안 채택순으로 진행됐다.
5분 자유 발언에서는 김재남 위원이 미래 재정 위기에 대비할 통합재정안전화기금 강조 및 실질적 제도개선 촉구건에 대해, 이연주 의원은 수어통역 기반 마련을 통한 청각장애인 정보접근권 보장 제안 건에 대해 발언했다.
이날 2025년도 제2회 추가경정 예산안과 기금운용계획 변경계획안을 종합 심사할 예산결산특별위원회를 구성했다.
위원장은 정재호 의원, 부위원장에는 이연주 의원을 선출하고 김재남, 육은아, 이철상, 전용호, 장덕수 의원이 각각 위원으로 선임됐다.
이어서 의원의 윤리강령과 윤리실천 규범준수 여부 및 징계에 관한 사항을 심사하기 위한 윤리특별위원회를 구성했다.
위원장은 정재호 의원, 부위원장에는 오용환 의원을 선출하고 박정하, 육은아, 반미선, 유광희, 이용우 의원이 각각 위원으로 선임됐다.
또한, 이철상 의원이 대표 발의한 ‘홈플러스 폐점·매각에 따른 지역경제 붕괴 우려 및 대응 촉구 결의안’을 채택하고, 지방정부와 정치권 차원의 적극적 대응을 촉구하였다.
이정순 의장은 개회사에서 “최근 기후 변화로 인한 폭염과 자연재난에 집행부와 함께 취약계층 보호, 재난안전 대응체계 등을 면밀히 점검하고, 필요한 정책 제안과 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
이번 임시회는 24일 오전 11시에 제2차 본회의를 열고 상임위원회에서 심사한 안건 등을 최종 의결할 예정이다.
