충남 서산시가 16일부터 이어진 기록적인 집중호우에 적극 대응하며 시민의 인명 피해를 막기 위해 행정력을 총동원하고 있다고 밝혔다.
서산시에 따르면 이틀 동안 운산면을 중심으로 평균 270㎜, 일부 지역에서는 최대 463㎜의 폭우가 쏟아지면서 토사 유출과 농작물, 도로 침수 등 크고 작은 피해가 발생했다.
서산시는 호우가 시작된 직후부터 재난안전대책본부를 가동해 15개 읍면동과 긴밀히 소통하며 피해 현황을 실시간으로 파악하고, 즉각적인 응급 복구 작업을 실시했다.
