브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= CJ푸드빌이 최근 집중호우로 피해를 입은 충남권을 중심으로 구호물품을 긴급 지원한다고 18일 밝혔다.
CJ푸드빌은 이날 충남 당진시, 아산시, 예산군을 직접 방문해 뚜레쥬르 빵과 음료 5000개를 긴급 전달했다. 지원품은 수해로 어려움을 겪는 이재민과 피해 지역 복구 인력에게 우선 제공된다. 피해 지역의 조속한 회복을 돕기 위해 CJ푸드빌 임직원으로 구성된 봉사단이 지원 활동에도 적극 나설 예정이다.
CJ푸드빌은 향후 현지 상황을 면밀히 살피며 도움이 필요한 지역에 구호물품을 순차적으로 추가 전달하고, 지원 활동을 지속 확대해 나간다는 방침이다.
CJ푸드빌 관계자는 “피해를 입은 지역 주민분들과 지역사회에 힘을 보태고자 이번 지원에 적극 동참했다”고 전했다.
한편, CJ푸드빌은 지난 3월 산불 피해를 입은 경남, 경북 지역에 뚜레쥬르 빵과 음료수 총 2만6000개를 긴급 지원하는 등 체계적인 지원을 이어가고 있다.
