브레이크뉴스 정민우 기자= SK그룹이 이번 전국적인 집중호우로 큰 피해를 겪고 있는 주민들을 위해 20억 원의 성금과 3억 원 상당의 구호물품을 지원한다.
SK그룹은 22일 이번 집중호우에 따른 피해 복구와 이재민 구호 등을 위해 사회복지공동모금회를 통해 전국재해구호협회에 20억 원 성금을 기탁하며, 3억 원 상당의 구호 물품도 함께 전달한다고 밝혔다. 성금은 피해지역 복구 등에 쓰이며, 구호 물품은 이재민들의 일상 생활 회복에 지원될 예정이다.
SK멤버사들도 구호활동에 나섰다. SK하이닉스는 지난 17일부터 하이세이프티(High Safety) 사업을 통해 호우 피해 지역인 충남 아산시, 예산군 등지의 이재민들에게 구호 텐트 및 바닥 매트 175세트를 지원 중이다. 하이세이프티 사업은 SK하이닉스가 재해 발생시 이재민 구호 지원을 목적으로 연 6억원을 출연해 시작한 사업이다.
또한, 통신 계열사인 SK텔레콤도 지난 17일부터 이재민 임시 주거시설이 마련된 경남 산청군, 충남 예산군 등에 스마트폰 충전 부스 및 보조배터리 등 통신 편의 시설을 제공하고, 돗자리, 물티슈 등을 비롯한 구호 물품도 지원 중이다.
