충남 아산시가 집중호우로 인한 피해 복구와 특별재난지역 지정을 위해 2주 연속 주말 비상근무 체제를 가동한다. 시는 오는 주말 동안 추가로 공무원 320명을 동원해 피해 현장 조사 및 국가재난관리시스템(NDMS) 입력 작업에 속도를 낼 계획이라고 25일 밝혔다.
앞서 지난 19~20일, 아산시 전 공직자가 현장 복구에 나섰던 데 이어, 이번 주말에도 전체적인 행정력을 동원해 피해 규모를 정확히 파악하고 정부의 지원을 이끌어내겠다는 방침이다. 특별재난지역 지정이 결정되면 생계비·주택복구비 지원은 물론 지방세 감면과 공공요금 유예 등 다양한 주민 지원이 가능해지기 때문이다.
