[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 신혼부부의 주거 안정과 주거비 부담 완화를 위해 '2025년 신혼부부 주택구입 대출이자 지원사업' 신청자를 모집한다고 28일 밝혔다.
이번 지원 자격은 지난 2018년 1월 1일 이후 혼인하고 진주시에 위치한 주택을 구입해 주민등록상 실제 거주 중인 부부로, 연 소득 1억원 이하인 가구다.
대상 주택은 전용면적 85㎡ 이하, 구입 가격 6억원 이하의 주택으로, 혼인신고일 전후 일정 기간 내에 구입한 경우에 해당한다.
신청 후 대상자로 선정되면 대출이자는 주택 구입을 위한 대출잔액 최대 5000만원 한도 내에서 연 3%를 지원하며, 최대 150만원까지 지원된다.
또 앞서 혜택을 받은 가구도 자격 요건을 충족할 경우 매년 재신청을 통해 최대 5년간 지속적인 지원을 받을 수 있다.
신청 기간은 8월 1일부터 31일까지이며, 진주시청 주택경관과 방문 또는 경남바로서비스 누리집을 통한 온라인 신청이 가능하다.
