브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 29일 공시를 통해 2025년 2분기 경영실적(연결기준)을 잠정 집계한 결과, 매출 2조2733억원, 영업이익 822억원, 당기순손실 430억원을 기록했다고 밝혔다.
매출과 영업이익은 각각 전년대비 19.4%, 21.6% 감소했고, 당기순이익은 적자전환됐다.
상반기 매출은 4조3500억원으로 전년 동기(5조3088억원) 대비 18.1% 감소했지만, 영업이익은 전년 동기(2196억원) 대비 6.3% 증가한 2335억원을 기록했다.
사업부문별로는 △주택건축사업부문 2조8573억원 △토목사업부문 8423억원 △플랜트사업부문 4856억원 △기타연결종속부문 1648억원의 매출을 올린 것으로 나타났다.
백운호수푸르지오, 영통푸르지오 파인베르, 강남데이터센터 등 국내 주요 주택건축 현장과 이라크 및 나이지리아 현장의 견고한 실적 견인으로 연간 계획대비 매출 51.8% 달성률을 기록했다.
상반기 신규 수주는 5조8224억원을 기록하며 전년 동기(4조4008억원)대비 32.3% 증가했다. 1분기에 서울 개포주공5단지 재건축(6970억원), 인천 청라국제업무지구 B1BL오피스텔(4795억원)을 비롯, 2분기에 투르크메니스탄 미네랄 비료플랜트(9401억원), 서울 영등포 1-11구역 도시환경정비사업(5103억원), 풍무역세권 B3BL 공동주택(3583억원) 등 수주 증가세가 지속됐다.
상반기 말 기준 수주잔고는 44조9933억원으로, 연간 매출액 대비 약 4.3년치의 일감을 확보했다. 특히, 도시정비사업 부문 수주잔고액은 20조 9150억원으로 가장 큰 비중을 차지했다.
대우건설은 불확실한 건설시장 환경을 극복하고 지속성장의 토대를 마련하기 위해 올해도 수익성 중심의 내실경영 강화와 해외시장 확대에 적극 나선다는 계획이다.
대우건설 관계자는 “하반기에는 체코 원전을 비롯해 이라크 Al Faw 항만 해군기지 및 공군기지, 베트남 타이빈성 끼엔장 신도시 개발사업 등 준비된 해외 대형 프로젝트들의 수주가 가시화 될 것”이라며 “국내에서도 분양성 양호한 수도권 중심의 주택건축사업을 확대하고, 핵심 도시정비사업 수주에 집중해 올해 목표를 초과달성 하도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
