서산시가 미래 교육과 돌봄 서비스 강화를 위해 핵심 시설의 민간 위탁 운영기관을 선정하며 지역사회의 기대를 모으고 있다. 교육발전특구센터는 한서대학교가, 다함께돌봄 해봄센터는 서산시복지재단이 각각 운영을 맡게 되었다.
