[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 홍태용 김해시장은 2026년도 정부예산안 편성 본격화에 4일 정부세종청사를 방문해 김해시 주요 사업 예산 지원을 적극 건의했다.
시는 앞서 지난 3월 2026년 국비 확보 추진전략 보고회를 열고 ‘국·도비 1조원 시대’를 열기 위해 9,300억원(국·도비 합산 시 1조 1,500억원)의 국비 확보를 목표로 전 행정력을 집중하고 있다.
이날 홍 시장은 2026년 정부예산안 심의에 한창인 기획재정부와 특별교부세 담당부처인 행정안전부를 잇달아 방문했다. 임기근 기획재정부 제2차관, 하종목 행정안전부 지방재정국장을 차례로 만나 내년도 주요 국비사업들과 현안사업들의 필요성을 설명하고 내년도 국비와 올해 특별교부세의 적극적 지원을 요청했다.
