브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= LG유플러스 자회사 미디어로그의 중고폰 매입 플랫폼 '셀로(sello)'에서 8월 한 달간 추가보상 프로모션을 진행한다.
이번 프로모션을 통해 추가보상 대상 중고폰을 판매하는 고객은 판매대금 외에 신세계상품권 5만 원의 추가보상 혜택을 받을 수 있다.
추가보상 대상 중고폰은 ▲갤럭시 Z4·Z5·Z6 시리즈, ▲갤럭시 S22·S23·S24·S25 시리즈(단, FE 모델 제외), ▲아이폰 12·13·14·15 시리즈(단, SE 모델 제외)이다.
이벤트 기간인 8월 내 추가보상 대상 중고폰 판매 신청 후, 9월 14일까지 판매를 완료하면 혜택 대상자에 포함된다. 추가보상 혜택은 판매대금 입금일 기준 익월 20일에 지급된다.
또한, 중고폰 판매가 상당의 신세계상품권을 한번 더 받을 수 있는 '셀로 더블업' 추첨 이벤트도 진행한다. 8월 내에 추가보상 대상 중고폰 판매를 완료하면 자동으로 추첨 대상자에 포함되며, 당첨자(7명)은 오는 9월 5일 셀로 공지사항을 통해 발표된다.
김시영 미디어로그 셀로 사업담당은 “이번 추가보상 프로모션을 통해 갤럭시 Z7 시리즈 등 새 휴대폰 구매 시 고객의 부담을 줄이는 좋은 기회가 될 것”이라고 설명했다.

Sello to Offer 'Additional Rewards' Promotion for Used Phone Purchases in August
LG Uplus subsidiary Medialog's used phone purchase platform, "Sello," is offering an additional rewards promotion throughout August.
Through this promotion, customers who sell an eligible used phone will receive a 50,000 won Shinsegae gift certificate in addition to the sale price.
Eligible used phones include the Galaxy Z4, Z5, and Z6 series; the Galaxy S22, S23, S24, and S25 series (excluding the FE model); and the iPhone 12, 13, 14, and 15 series (excluding the SE model).
Applying for an eligible used phone during the August event period and completing the sale by September 14th will qualify for the benefit. The additional rewards will be paid on the 20th of the month following the sales proceeds.
Additionally, a "Cello Double Up" raffle event will be held, offering customers the chance to win an additional Shinsegae gift certificate worth the equivalent of the price of a used phone. Those who complete the sale of a used phone eligible for the additional reward within August will automatically be entered into the raffle, and the seven winners will be announced on September 5th through a Cello announcement.
