이는 월 환산액 기준으로 215만6880원(주 40시간, 월 209시간 기준)이며, 업종 구분 없이 모든 사업장에 동일하게 적용된다.
지난 7월 18일부터 7월 28일까지 운영된 이의제기 기간 동안 제기된 이의는 없었다.
김영훈 장관은 “결정된 최저임금이 현장에서 잘 지켜지도록 지도감독과 정책홍보를 강화하겠다”며 “최저임금 제도가 본래 취지를 지키면서, 변화하는 노동시장과 현장의 여건을 충실히 반영할 수 있도록 개선 방안을 모색해 나가겠다”고 말했다.
