7일 잡코리아 콘텐츠LAB에 따르면 20~40대 직장인 1088명을 대상으로 ‘이직 희망 연봉 인상률’을 조사한 결과, 희망 인상률은 △20대 11.1% △30대 11.7% △40대 이상 12.3%로 평균 11.8%였다. 지난해 동일 조사(13%) 대비 1% 하락했지만 여전히 두 자릿수 인상을 기대하고 있었다.
현재 연봉에 ‘만족’ 또는 ‘매우 만족’한다고 답한 비율은 23%에 불과했다. 나머지 77%는 불만족을 표시했으며, 이 중 60%는 “연봉 인상 폭에 따라 이직 여부를 결정하겠다”고 답했다. 특히, 20대는 인상 제안만 있으면 무조건 이직하겠다는 비율이 43.1%로 세대 중 가장 높았다.
