브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 7일 특별검사팀의 윤석열 전 대통령 체포영장 집행이 또 다시 불발됐다.
김건희 특검팀(특별검사 민중기)은 이날 오전 9시40분경 경기 의왕시 서울구치소에 구속된 윤 전 대통령에 대한 체포영장 집행을 시도했으나 결국 중단됐다고 밝혔다.
특검은 언론 공지를 통해 "(2차 시도에선) 물리력을 행사하는 등의 방법으로 체포영장 집행을 했다"면서 "그러나 피의자(윤 전 대통령)의 완강한 거부로 부상 등의 우려가 있다는 현장의 의견을 받아들여 오전 9시40분 집행을 중단했다"고 설명했다.
앞서 특검은 이날 오전 7시50분 승합차와 승용차 2대에 체포영장 집행팀을 나눠 태우고 서울구치소에 도착했다. 이어 30여분 후인 오전 8시25분경 윤 전 대통령이 집행을 거부하자, 특검은 물리력 행사를 허용하며 체포영장 집행에 나섰으나 완강한 거부로 부상 위험이 높아 영장 집행을 중단했다는 게 특검 설명이다.
윤 전 대통령이 이날 어떤 방식으로 저항했는지는 구체적으로 알리지는 않았다.
