(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자 부천시가 8월부터 전국 최초로 ‘온마음 AI복지콜’을 활용한 인공지능(AI) 음성 기반 인지건강검사를 집중 추진하고 있다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 검사는 65세 이상 취약계층 어르신 3,000명을 대상으로 하며, 거동이 불편한 재가 의료급여 대상자에게는 방문 검사를 병행해 검사율을 높이고 사각지대를 줄이고 있다.
1차 검사는 AI 음성분석 기술을 활용한 단축형 방식으로, 4분 이내에 3가지 질문에 대한 음성답변을 분석해 인지 건강 상태를 선별한다.
이를 통해 기존의 복잡한 치매 검사 절차를 간소화하고, 어르신이 집에서도 쉽고 편리하게 검사를 받을 수 있도록 했다.
검사에서 고위험군으로 확인된 어르신은 앱 기반의 2차 표준형 검사를 진행하며, 1·2차 검사 모두 고위험군으로 확인될 경우, 보건소 치매안심센터의 인지건강 서비스를 신속히 연계할 계획이다.
올해 1월 골절로 입원 후 4월 퇴원한 한 어르신은 거동 불편으로 치매 재검사를 받지 못했으나, AI콜 단축검사에서 고위험군으로 분류되고 표준검사에서 경도인지장애로 확인돼 치료를 시작했다.
정애경 부천시 복지정책과장은 “AI가 복지 현장의 든든한 동반자가 되는 시대”라며 “온마음 AI복지콜 인지건강검사는 거동이 어려운 어르신도 참여할 수 있는 디지털 포용복지 사례”라며 이어 “어르신들이 건강한 노후를 보낼 수 있도록 AI 기술과 복지서비스를 연계한 선제적 건강관리를 지속 강화하겠다”고 말했다.

또한, 부천시가 11일, 부천시지속가능발전협의회와 함께 지속가능발전 가치 확산과 시민 참여 활성화를 위해 ‘2025년 제2회 부천시 SDGs 영상제’를 열고, 시민의 창의적 시선과 실천 의지를 담은 출품작을 모집한다고 밝혔다.
