세종시교육청, 교무행정사 역량 강화 연수 실시

세종시교육청이 11일과 12일 이틀간 비오케이아트센터 공연장에서 관내 학교 교무행정사 214명을 대상으로 ‘2025년 1차 교무행정사 역량 강화 연수’를 실시했다고 밝혔다.

시 교육청에 따르면 이번 연수는 교무행정사의 전문성과 실무역량을 강화하고, 학교급별 교무행정사 간 업무 정보와 사례 공유로 현장 중심의 지원체계를 더욱 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

연수는 세종시교육청 학교정책과의 2025년 주요 정책 안내를 시작으로 ▲청렴교육 ▲원격 근무(스마트워크) 구글 활용법 ▲지도로 즐기는 역사여행 ▲갈등관리와 협업 소통법 등 실무 중심의 프로그램으로 구성됐다.

최교진 교육감은 “세종교육은 학교가 주체적으로 결정하고 교육청이 이를 적극 지원하는 체제로 전환되고 있다.”라며, “교무행정사들의 열정과 전문성이 더해져 학교가 교육활동에 집중할 수 있는 환경이 조성되길 기대한다.”고 말했다.

한편, 세종시교육청은 하반기에 교무행정사 심화 공동 연수와 2차 역량 강화 연수를 운영해 교무행정사의 지속적인 전문성 향상을 지원할 계획이다.
