[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시는 지난 13일 김해시청 제2청사 중회의실에서 ‘제5회 세외수입 우수사례 발표대회’를 개최했다고 14일 밝혔다.
대회는 세외수입 세입 확충을 위해 우수기법을 개발·공유하고 담당 공무원의 업무 전문성을 높이기 위해 마련됐다. 2021년부터 도내 기초자치단체 중 유일하게 매년 개최하고 있으며 창의적 아이디어 발굴과 세입 증대에 크게 기여하고 있다.
시는 체납·징수 관리 강화, 신규 수입원 발굴, 세외수입 운영 혁신 등 3개 분야에서 총 8건의 우수사례를 선정했다. 이 가운데 최우수상은 ‘빅데이터 분석을 통한 공시지가 현실화 및 세입 증대’를 발표한 이유정 주무관(토지정보과), 우수상은 ‘공공 유휴부지를 활용한 태양광발전소 운영’을 발표한 김영순 주무관(전략산업과)과 ‘상수도 요금 단일고지서 도입과 자동이체 출금일 개편을 통한 업무 효율화 및 ESG 경영실천 강화’를 발표한 박유나 주무관(수도과)이 받았다.
김해시는 지난 2024년 제17회 지방재정대상에서 ‘김해의 혁신 쓰레기가 자원으로 大변신, 60억 원 벌었다!’라는 주제로 국무총리상을 수상한 바 있다.
