윤리심사자문위원회는 지방자치법 전부개정으로 설치가 의무화된 윤리특별위원회 자문기구로써, 향후 2년간 의원의 겸직 및 영리행위 등에 관한 의장의 자문, 의원의 윤리강령 및 윤리실천규범 준수 여부, 의원의 징계에 관한 윤리특별위원회의 자문 등의 역할을 수행하게 된다.
이날 위촉식에 이어 열린 첫 회의에서는 정창훈 위원을 위원장으로 선출했다.

심곡천은 하천연장 총 7.67㎞(심곡동 51-1~경서동 배수갑문)로 그동안 심곡천 수해상습지 개선사업, 심곡천 보행환경 개선사업 등이 진행됐고, 올해 7월부터 청라 지방하천 보행환경 개선사업에 포함돼 수목식재, 산책로 확장 및 신설이 진행되고 있다.
또, 현재 진행 중인 ‘계산천 등 5개 하천기본계획(변경) 수립 용역’ 결과에 따라 필요 시 하천에 대한 환경 및 친수 등과 관련한 정비 대상에 포함될 예정이다.
