남동구가 19일, 간석37구역, 만수1구역, 만수3구역에 대한 정비계획 수립과 구역 지정을 위한 예산을 인천시에 요청했다고 밝혔다.
남동구에 따르면, 이들 구역은 인천시의 ‘2023년 제2차 재개발사업 사전검토 제안서 공모’를 통해 선정된 후보지들로, 주민 요청과 지역 여건, 노후도 등을 고려한 사전검토를 거쳐 최종 선정됐다.
